Responsibilities

• Mixology - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails & mocktails.
• Your proficiency in crafting both classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, adeptly pairing them with coffee, sets you apart.
• Menu Expertise: knowledge of our beverage and bar food menus, Active role in Plan and present bar menu working on current set recipes.

Qualifications

• A diploma in Bar operation / Hospitality will be added advantage.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in bartending & busy operations
• Proficiency in math and cash handling & Bar Books / Stock registers as per excise department.
