* Continuously update knowledge of new spirits, cocktails, trends, and seasonal offerings

* Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and responsibly

* Coordinate with servers and barbacks for smooth service

* Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other necessary ingredients in advance

* Monitor guest behavior and intervene appropriately when necessary

* Maintain all bar equipment and report issues

* Assist in inventory management and bar stock replenishment

* Uphold hygiene standards and ensure sanitization of all tools and surfaces
