Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender located in Park Street, Kolkata. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, ensuring drink quality and consistency. Duties also include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory and supplies, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs efficiently. Qualifications Proficient in English Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to engage positively with patrons Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Proficiency in Bartending and crafting various types of beverages Experience in Food & Beverage service and related operations Cash Handling skills for managing transactions accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent, with additional bartending certification preferred Show more Show less
