BARTENDER

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our QSR team. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Follow safety and sanitation policies
• Handle payments and operate POS system (if required)
• Comply with local and company alcohol service regulations

Requirements:

• Proven bartending experience (QSR or casual dining experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology basics
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid alcohol service certification (as required by local law)
