Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Bartender with prior experience in a high-energy hospitality environment. The role requires strong beverage knowledge, attention to service standards, and the ability to maintain efficiency and composure during busy service hours. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and service guidelines


• Take and process beverage orders accurately while maintaining professional guest interactions


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and workstations


• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and reporting shortages


• Handle billing and payment transactions responsibly


• Verify guest identification when required and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations


• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a similar bartending role


• Sound knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage service


• Proficiency in spoken English


• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak service hours

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 15,000 20,000


• Accommodation provided in company employee accommodation
