Bartender and Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Bartender & Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, mocktails, shakes, and specialty drinks. This role requires a passion for beverages, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Barista Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve various hot and cold coffee beverages (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Cold Coffee, etc.)
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
• Ensure coffee quality, temperature, and presentation standards are consistently met
• Customize drinks based on guest preferences

Bartender Responsibilities (Non-Alcoholic):

• Mix and serve non-alcoholic mocktails, juices, smoothies, and milkshakes
• Ensure proper presentation, taste, and consistency of beverages
• Suggest beverage pairings to enhance the guest’s dining experience
• Follow standard drink recipes and portion sizes

General Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & coffee station
• Restock ingredients and consumables as required
• Interact with customers professionally and handle feedback courteously
• Monitor inventory and inform the manager of low-stock or expired items
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control procedures as per FSSAI standards
• Assist in training new staff in barista and beverage-making techniques

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or Bartender (non-alcoholic)
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, drink mixing, and beverage trends
• Passion for guest service and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Well-groomed, polite, and team-oriented
• Basic understanding of POS systems and order handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in beverage preparation or barista skills (preferred)
• Experience in cafés, casual dining, or multi-cuisine restaurants
• Basic spoken English and fluency in Hindi

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Must be available during peak hours and special events
