Barista/Server

As a Barista (Coffee)/Beverages Maker, your role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as Coffees, Shakes, Mocktails, Smoothies & Bubble Teas, along with assisting in food preparation. Operating a semi-automatic coffee machine and having a minimum of 2 years of experience in making drinks, serving, and order taking are essential for this position. Your primary responsibilities include educating customers on the menu, making recommendations, up-selling special items, and taking orders. You should possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of brewing equipment operations, and be flexible to work in different shifts to ensure an exceptional drinking and food experience for guests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take orders accurately and focus on upselling - Greet customers, provide menus, and address their inquiries regarding ingredients - Prepare beverages following recipes precisely - Serve beverages, food items, and maintain the complete menu - Ensure cleanliness in the bar area, stock maintenance, and clean utensils - Monitor the proper functioning of brewing equipment and report maintenance issues - Adhere to health and safety regulations - Communicate customer feedback to managers and suggest new menu items **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as a Barista, Beverages Maker, Mixologist, or food preparer & server (1-2 years minimum) - Proficiency in operating brewing equipment - Strong order-taking skills - Knowledge of sanitation regulations - Ability to work in various shifts - Basic math skills and cleanliness - Understanding of customers" preferences - Excellent communication skills - High school diploma; relevant training is a plus We are offering Day and Night Shift positions at our cafe located in NSP, PITAMPURA, with timings from 10:00 am to 5:30 am.
