Job Description

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other hot and cold beverages.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
Take customer orders and handle transactions at the cash register.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including coffee machines and counters.
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to customers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
