Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Barista who loves coffee and enjoys creating memorable experiences for customers. If you have basic cooking skills you will be given preference. You will prepare beverages, interact with guests, maintain café cleanliness and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality espresso based beverages and other café drinks
• Create attractive latte art and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly and professional attitude
• Operate billing software and maintain basic computer entries
• Assist in basic food preparation if required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area
• Manage inventory of coffee beans milk and other consumables
• Follow company standards SOPs and ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred Skills

• Latte art and hands on knowledge of coffee machines
• Cooking skills or experience in kitchen prep will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge
• Positive attitude discipline and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle busy café hours with patience

Qualifications

• Prior café experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with passion for coffee are welcome
