Job Description

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Toast And Roast and prepare delicious bevarages for the guests. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹20000. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar area. Set up the area with utensils and equipment. Preparing drinks in the suggested time. Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients. Supervise and help colleagues; assist as needed. Take charge of POS system Handle cash carefully Promote dishes and suggest new items to guests Bring in new ideas and keep innovating
