Job Description

Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and packaging for delivery and takeaway. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment. Manage beverage prep area with strict adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Accurately read and execute orders received from delivery platforms. Label and pack beverages securely for delivery to avoid spills or damage. Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, packaging materials, and other essentials. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor/manager. Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times. Support kitchen team with general duties when required.
