As a Barista at Coffee Diaries, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, smoothies, and café drinks while ensuring excellent customer service. You will also assist with light food preparation, menu promotions, and maintaining the warm and inviting Coffee Diaries atmosphere. Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee Preparation & Service Brew and serve coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and café-style drinks with consistency. Master signature drinks and new creations introduced by Coffee Diaries. Calibrate and maintain espresso machines and grinders. Customer Engagement Greet and interact warmly with guests, explaining menu options when needed. Suggest pairings (coffee with bowls/snacks) to enhance customer experience. Maintain a positive, energetic, and community-driven vibe. Operational Excellence Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter, seating area, and equipment. Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and supplies. Handle billing, order-taking, and POS systems accurately. Teamwork & Growth Support the kitchen and café team during busy hours. Participate in barista training and skill development programs. Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and coffee promotions.
