If you're passionate about coffee, customer service, and cafe culture – come grow with us! 🎯 Who We’re Looking For Barista (Minimum 6 months of work experience required). 👨‍🍳 Barista – Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve all coffee beverages (hot & cold) with precision. Operate espresso machine confidently (grinding, brewing, steaming). Maintain and clean the espresso machine regularly. Understand different types of beans, brews, and coffee preparation methods. Recommend coffee options based on customer preferences. Assist in inventory related to coffee items. 🔄 Common Roles & Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional way. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the cafe at all times. Follow cafe operating procedures and assist teammates. Handle basic English communication and polite service. Should be able to create content on social media & aware of current trends.
