Operate espresso machine confidently (grinding, brewing, steaming). Maintain and clean the espresso machine regularly. Understand different types of beans, brews, and coffee preparation methods. Recommend coffee options based on customer preferences. Assist in inventory related to coffee items. 🍰 Cafe Staff – Key Responsibilities Assist in serving desserts, snacks, beverages. Help barista during rush hours. Manage counter orders and customer interaction. Maintain cleanliness in seating and service area. Support in kitchen tasks and restocking supplies. Help in opening or closing setup. 🔄 Common Roles & Responsibilities Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional way. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the cafe at all times. Follow cafe operating procedures and assist teammates. Handle basic English communication and polite service. Should be able to create content on social media & aware of current trends. Be punctual, responsible, and a team player.
