Job Summary

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas who are passionate about coffee and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Barista at Brown Town, you'll craft beverages with precision, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to Brown Town standards
• Educate customers on our menu and recommend products based on their preferences
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the workstations and customer areas
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily opening/closing duties
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
• Provide friendly, prompt, and respectful service at all times

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience is preferred, but not required (we provide training!)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
