Barista and Bartender

Job Summary:

ZOCA Café, Bhiwani is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / Bartender to craft and serve a wide range of beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate will excel in preparing quality coffee, mocktails, fresh juices, and other drinks in a busy multi-cuisine environment, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brews according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Mix and serve a variety of mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar/coffee station.
• Ensure all equipment (coffee machines, blenders, juicers) are clean, functional, and properly maintained.
• Take customer orders politely and provide recommendations when needed.
• Monitor inventory of bar and coffee supplies, restock as necessary, and report shortages to management.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training junior baristas or beverage staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a café or restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Experience with mocktails and fresh juice preparation preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems are an advantage.
• Well-groomed with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Barista training or Beverage management (preferred)
• Prior experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or café setting
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI)

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Weekends and holidays as per operational requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
