Barcode Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day barcode operations across production, packaging, and dispatch.
• Ensure correct barcode generation, printing, and application on all products.
• Monitor accuracy of product labeling, traceability, and compliance with customer / regulatory requirements.
• Train and guide team members handling barcode machines and scanners.
• Coordinate with IT / ERP team for barcode system updates and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of barcode batches, printing logs, and usage reports.
• Inspect finished goods to ensure proper barcode placement and readability.
• Resolve discrepancies in labeling, packaging, or inventory linked to barcode errors.
• Ensure machines and printers are maintained and serviced for uninterrupted operations.
• Support audits by providing barcode-related records and compliance documents.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in barcode / labeling / packaging supervision (manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred).
• Knowledge of barcode systems, printers, and ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,282.33 - ₹18,000.00 per month
