Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GAAP and governmental accounting standards. Provide exceptional customer service to employees by addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with finance teams on accounts payable processes related to HR functions. Support revenue cycle management initiatives by ensuring accurate employee data is maintained. Negotiate employment offers and resolve conflicts as needed to maintain positive employee relations. Conduct training sessions on financial concepts relevant to employees’ roles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Proven experience in HR/Billing or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems. As a Jewelry Barcode Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate barcoding of jewelry pieces based on their specifications. Barcodes serve as a quick identification method for our products. You will need to verify essential details such as Net weight, Gross weight, MC, Stone charge, Stone weight, etc., to ensure accurate barcode creation for manufactured products. Understanding and adhering to the product hierarchy within the company is crucial for tagging products correctly and preparing barcodes. Your role will also involve conducting quality checks on each piece of jewelry, including inspecting stone fixing and identifying any metal cracks. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the details on the barcodes are entered correctly and accurately. Additionally, you will be in charge of engraving and handling the necessary machinery with care. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of Inventory management software and possess a good knowledge of Barcode Systems. Strong attention to detail is essential for this position, as well as proficiency in basic M.S Excel tasks. This is a full-time position with benefits such as provided meals, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund contributions. The work schedule is during day shifts, with the opportunity for a yearly bonus.
