Barback

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Barback to support our bartending team and keep our bar running smoothly. As a key part of our fine dining beverage service, you’ll help maintain cleanliness, restock inventory, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, and supplies throughout service
• Clean and maintain the bar area before, during, and after shifts
• Assist bartenders with preparation of ingredients and setups
• Remove trash and empty bar bins regularly
• Support bartenders in high-volume situations with speed and efficiency
• Ensure all tools and workstations are clean and organized
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
• Assist with opening and closing bar procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barback or in a fast-paced hospitality role preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
• Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
