A bartender's main responsibilities include crafting and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service (greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations), ensuring bar cleanliness and organization, managing inventory, handling payments, and strictly adhering to alcohol service laws, including checking IDs and cutting off intoxicated patrons. They create a welcoming atmosphere, handle cash/POS systems, restock supplies, and perform opening/closing duties.
