📍 Location: Pushpam Sanskruti Resort, Karjat

proactive and enthusiastic Banquet Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and present customized banquet packages.
• Coordinate with the operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and booking confirmations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in banquet or event sales (hospitality background preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Karjat or surrounding areas is a plus.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
