As a Banquet Sales Executive at Pushpam Sanskruti Resort in Karjat, you will play a crucial role in our resort team. Your primary responsibility will be generating and converting leads for weddings, corporate events, and social functions. You will engage with clients, conduct property walkthroughs, and present customized banquet packages. Collaboration with the operations and F&B teams will be essential to ensure the seamless execution of events. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event sales, with a preference for a background in the hospitality industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential. You should be target-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Karjat or surrounding areas would be advantageous, and immediate joiners are preferred. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong client relationships, manage follow-ups, conduct negotiations, and secure booking confirmations.
