Role Overview: As a highly skilled QA professional with experience in the Banking or Lending domain, your role will involve working closely with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensuring proper testing. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the test process, participate in sprint activities, and demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values. Key Responsibilities: - Define acceptance criteria for user stories and conduct thorough testing - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and quality - Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews and retrospectives - Perform assigned duties effectively and efficiently - Apply strong domain skills and expertise in banking and lending for testing BFSI applications - Utilize tools like JIRA and Test Management tools such as QTest/Quality Control for testing purposes - Demonstrate hands-on experience in manual functional testing - Possess a good understanding of Software Testing principles, SDLC, and QE processes Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Test Management tools like QTest/Quality Control - In-depth understanding of Software Testing principles - Good knowledge of SDLC and QE processes - Strong domain skills with working experience in banking and lending - Experience in testing BFSI Domain applications,
