Job Description

As an ACH and Wire Transfer Specialist, your role will involve handling various financial transactions efficiently and accurately. Your key responsibilities will include: - Minimum qualification of a BCom, BBA-Finance, or MBA-Finance. - Two to three years of experience in a financial institution. - Previous experience in ACH and Wires is preferred. - General knowledge of credit union services and products. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload according to department requirements and deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Ability to focus on specific tasks that require close attention to detail. - Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy in job duties. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and miscommunications. - Understanding of various regulations such as Reg E, Reg J, Reg CC, UCC Article 4A, OFAC, BSA/AML, Operating Circulars 4, 5, and 6, Title 31 CFR Subpart B, Green Book, OCC 235, and NACHA operating rules. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Office products will be required for this role.
