Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling ACH and Wire Transfer transactions in a financial institution. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy and compliance with various regulations related to financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Process ACH and Wire Transfer transactions efficiently and accurately. - Utilize your previous experience in ACH and Wires to enhance operational efficiency. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address any issues related to transactions. - Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union services and products. - Prioritize workload based on department requirements and deadlines. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Adhere to regulations such as Reg E, Reg J, Reg CC, UCC Article 4A, OFAC, BSA/AML, etc. - Use Microsoft Office products effectively to support your daily tasks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualifications of a BCom, BBA-Finance, or MBA-Finance. - 2-3 years of experience working in a financial institution. - Previous experience in ACH and Wire Transfers is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in job duties. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to resolve interpersonal conflicts and miscommunications effectively.,
