Job Description: As a Banking Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of loans and projects. Your role will include: - Having a strong understanding of Loans and Project Management. - Handling loan-related documentation accurately. - Regularly following up with Clients and Banks for updates. - Managing the Loan Closure and Disbursement process effectively. - Implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Being flexible to travel across multiple project locations. - Taking charge of the end-to-end loan processing. - Liaising with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate data handling.
