Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Bancassurance Sales Officer to drive sales through bank channel partnerships. The role involves building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong ties with bank staff for lead generation.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support to customers.
• Maintain compliance with company and banking guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and deliver results.
