Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound collection calls for loan EMI reminders and recoveries Explain payment terms, resolve disputes politely Update CRM systems with accurate call logs Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets Maintain compliance with process and regulatory norms

Candidate Profile
Good communication skills (Versant 3 qualified) Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets DRA certification and experience is mandatory for DRA roles Immediate joiners preferred
