Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bancca Insurance role located in Motihari. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to promote insurance products, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales, meeting sales targets, conducting product presentations, and delivering excellent customer service. The selected candidate will also collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Insurance, including a strong understanding of life insurance products and processes.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in Finance, with a focus on financial services and products.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships effectively with customers and banking partners.
• Experience or expertise in Insurance Brokerage and handling insurance-related processes efficiently.
• Customer Service skills, including the ability to address client needs and offer exceptional service to enhance customer experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet sales targets.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in insurance or finance would be an added advantage.
