Department: Bancassurance Function: Bancassurance RRB Context & Role: Context: Responsible for driving Life Insurance business in PNB Bancassurance channel for the assigned Territory. Also responsible for Onboarding Insurance officers & activating Insurance officers. Key Responsibilities: Establishing & strengthening relationship between PMLI & Bank Branches following the Organization strategy Identify IO's in discussion with respective PNB Branch Head Present business opportunity to identified people along with zone trainer Get the interested candidates interviewed/Assessed by PNB Branch head Support IO in timely completion of joining formalities once interest is shown by IO Arrange induction program for IO's in collaboration with Training team Formally Introduce the IOs to PNB branch manager Regular product refresher training to IO's Daily Review of IO performance & ensure activation of all IO's during the month Corrective actions in conjunction with HR if performance level is not as per the expected productivity Support day to day operations of the relationship and processing of applications Driving sales promotion activities and sales R&R to enhance IOs productivity Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards Maintaining the desired Productivity as laid down by the company Ensure Quality of business and healthy persistency Controlling Attrition & ensure discipline within the team Required qualifications and experience: Any Graduate with preferably 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience.
