Collaborate with GTS and Bamboo Rose teams to implement business-driven enhancements Monitor and resolve incidents related to data flow , data fixes , and updates , which account for over 30% of monthly tickets Participate in application rationalisation efforts to consolidate custom applications into Bamboo Rose and Centric PLM Support transition planning and on-the-job training (OJT) for steady-state operations delivery Required Skills Category Skills & Tools Platform Expertise Bamboo Rose (Marketplace, PLM, Sourcing, PO Management) Tech Stack Microservices, NTier architecture, REST APIs Data & Integration Data flow troubleshooting, costing engines, scheduling engines Collaboration GTS integration, vendor coordination Support Processes Incident triage, reverse shadowing, metrics tracking
