for Bamboo Rose modules including PO Management, Sourcing, and PLM.
Collaborate with
GTS and Bamboo Rose teams
to implement business-driven enhancements
Monitor and resolve incidents related to
data flow

data fixes

updates
, which account for over 30% of monthly tickets
Participate in
application rationalisation
efforts to consolidate custom applications into Bamboo Rose and Centric PLM
Support
transition planning
and
on-the-job training (OJT)
for steady-state operations delivery
