JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare food with strict adherence to recipes and SOPs.
• Organize, maintain & clean kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Launch new items and continuously improve existing dishes.
• Participate in R&D and innovation – contribute ideas for new dishes, flavors, and formats that align with Swish’s high standards.
• Train and manage the kitchen team effectively.
• Oversee quality control, costing, wastage, and portion management.
• Manage online orders efficiently, ensuring each order is prepared and dispatched within the stipulated time. (This is critical to the role.)
