Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Bakery chef

Recipe Development & Management:

Creating new recipes, adapting existing ones, and ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.

Baking & Production:

Preparing doughs, batters, and fillings, baking items according to established recipes, and managing the overall baking process.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all baked goods meet the required standards for taste, texture, appearance, and freshness.

Inventory & Ordering:

Managing ingredient inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Supervision & Training:

Overseeing and training junior bakers and pastry cooks, ensuring they adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

Food Safety & Hygiene:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations, and ensuring proper handling of ingredients.

Collaboration:

Working with the kitchen team to ensure desserts complement main courses and overall menu flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
