Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bakery items with a focus on laminated dough (croissants, puff pastry, danishes, etc.).
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all baked products.
• Monitor ingredient quality, portion control, and maintain hygiene standards in the bakery.
• Innovate and introduce new bakery items as per market trends and seasonal demands.
• Supervise and train junior staff in baking techniques and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain production schedules and manage bakery inventory effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of proven experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef with specialization in laminated dough.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, proofing, and dough handling.
• Creativity in recipe development and product presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Qualification in Culinary Arts / Baking & Pastry (preferred but not mandatory if skilled).

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
