Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage bakery and pastry production, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time.
  • Develop new recipes and menus, staying up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in bakery or pastry chef role.
  • BHM (Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery, confectionery, food production processes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and different shifts.
