💼 Department: Production – Bakery, Confectionery & Continental

Open Positions – Production Department

1. Sr. Chef de Partie (Sr. CDP) – Continental / Bakery & Confectionery

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in production kitchens
• Expertise in continental cuisine or bakery & confectionery items
• Ability to lead a section, train team members, and maintain production quality standards

2. Production Assistant / Associate – Continental / Bakery & Confectionery

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Assist in daily production activities while ensuring consistency and quality
• Support senior chefs in food preparation, baking, and presentation

3. Production Trainee – Bakery & Confectionery

• Freshers with culinary degree/diploma or internship experience can apply
• Passion for learning bakery & confectionery production
• Opportunity to work with expert chefs and grow in a professional kitchen environment

4. Cake Specialist / Designer – Bakery & Confectionery

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customized/designer cake making
• Skilled in modern cake designs, fondant work, and innovative presentations
• Strong creative flair with attention to detail and finishing
