I have very good experience with Bajaj Finance providing consumer loan, personal loan. All my previous consumer loans were closed on time & it is shown on their provided portal as closed for those loan for which EMI has been fully paid. Only they should improve in portal which is very slow.

Very very bad. No proper information. No helpline. Not able to talk on phone. My emi card was supposed to be unblocked on 28th but still it remains blocked. I am not able to contact anyone. Very bad services on call center, Only for IVR menu no any one option for Representative to talk & solve the query related any problem. Till date no EMI Card received. I draft mail to you but no give proper solution to how to get may card.
