Very bad customer care ... Unable to speak today their people. Their people cheat customer & then block us on their Mobile so that we can Not contact them & info them about their cheating. Very bad. Very bad . IVR is so I irritating & confusing that we go round & round on their IVR press 1 press 100 etc. NONSENSE

You all are doing Fraud activities Nagma is one Bushra is their. They called me about PAPL and i do process they take charges from me 2400. And now no one is replying or recieving calls .And also not giving update about my file. Such kind of fraudulent activities you guys are doing. I complaint to cyber crime

Very cooperative staff, it was not that crowded, I took a token no. and waited my turn for 10 mins, though they have a notice stating foreclosure and advance emi between 15-22 only but as the crowd was less they accepted my request and I was free in total of 20 min including wait time.. So unable to comprehend the negative reviews.

Very worst services provided when went to repay the amount these people say you will get a call from 3rd party we can't close your account.
Since 3 yrs i am waiting for 3rd party call for that answering all scam calls
