Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver structured badminton coaching sessions for primary to senior school students
• Develop tailored training plans and monitor student progress
• Organize school-level and inter-school badminton tournaments
• Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students
• Maintain and manage badminton equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with the Sports Department for school-wide sports planning

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or any relevant field (preferred)
• Professional certification or formal training in Badminton coaching (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a school or professional sports environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for student development and excellence in sports
