Badminton Coach

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and disciplined Badminton Coach who can deliver structured and high-quality training for players across all age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing an exceptional coaching experience aligned with The Colosseum’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
• Plan and execute training modules aligned with The Colosseum’s structured curriculum.
• Identify player strengths, monitor progress, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during all sessions.
• Support tournament preparation, match analysis, and player development programs.
• Coordinate with the Sports Centre Manager and Operations Team for daily schedules and player feedback.
• Ensure all coaching equipment, courts, and facilities are maintained in top condition.
• Participate in marketing and community engagement initiatives like demo sessions or evaluation weeks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at a reputed academy or sports institution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
