Badminton Coach – Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular badminton coaching sessions for kids and adults.
Teach basic to advanced techniques, rules, and on-court discipline.
Help students improve footwork, strokes, fitness, and match skills.
Monitor student progress and give feedback.
Maintain a safe training environment and ensure proper use of equipment.
Qualification Requiremets
Minimum 1–2 years of coaching or competitive playing experience.
Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, rules, and training methods.
State or district level playing background is an added advantage.
Coaching certification from BAI or any recognised sports body (optional but preferred).
Good communication skills and ability to manage group sessions.
