Job Title: Rifle Shooting Coach Location : Thiram Sports Academy- Semmenchery and Ponammallee Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: Based on experience and qualification Key Responsibilities : Conduct rifle shooting training sessions for beginners and intermediate-level children and adults Develop age-appropriate training plans focused on safety, technique, mental focus, and competitive preparation. Maintain discipline, encourage positive sportsmanship, and foster individual progress. Supervise students' safety and ensure adherence to range rules and protocols. Monitor performance and provide individualized feedback and improvement plans. Prepare children for internal assessments, district/state-level competitions. Qualifications Required: NRAI (National Rifle Association of India) Level 1 or Level 2 Coaching Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 1–3 years of coaching experience in rifle shooting, preferably with children. Strong understanding of rifle safety protocols and handling techniques. Proven ability to coach with patience, encouragement, and structure. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Schedule: Evening shift Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
