Badminton Coach

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Badminton Coach to train and mentor players of varying skill levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of badminton, the ability to design effective training programs, and the enthusiasm to inspire players to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for individuals and teams.
• Develop personalized training programs focusing on technique, fitness, and game strategy.
• Provide hands-on coaching to improve players’ skills, agility, stamina, and game awareness.
• Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback to players.
• Organize and oversee practice matches, tournaments, and competitions.
• Ensure player safety by promoting injury prevention and proper warm-up/cool-down techniques.
• Motivate and mentor athletes to develop discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques, rules, and trends in badminton coaching.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a badminton coach or professional player.
• Certification from a recognized sports authority (BWF, National Sports Body, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of badminton rules, techniques, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
