Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for individuals and teams. Develop personalized training programs focusing on technique, fitness, and game strategy. Provide hands-on coaching to improve players’ skills, agility, stamina, and game awareness. Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback to players. Organize and oversee practice matches, tournaments, and competitions. Ensure player safety by promoting injury prevention and proper warm-up/cool-down techniques. Motivate and mentor athletes to develop discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports. Stay updated with the latest techniques, rules, and trends in badminton coaching. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a badminton coach or professional player.
