Hiring Backup Developers: Full Stack (React/Next.js + MongoDB) & Flutter Location: Hyderabad-based (Remote/Hybrid possible, relocation can be discussed) Roles and responsibilities: ● Full Stack Developer – React.js, Next.js, MongoDB ● Flutter Developer – Flutter (Mobile), Firebase or REST APIs ✅ What We Expect : ● Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools for writing and debugging code ● Strong in GitHub (commits, pull requests, branches, merge conflicts) ● Honest and positive attitude – no negativity in the team ● Willing to work on any feature or bugfix as required ● Based in Hyderabad or open to work remotely/hybrid ● Relocation to Hyderabad can be discussed if required ● Committed to staying with us for at least 1 year ● 1-year bond required Salary + Equity: ● First 3 months: ₹12,000/month + ₹6,000/month in startup equity ● After 3 months: ₹16,000/month + ₹6,000/month in equity (ESOP) How to Apply: Application Questions: ● Which role are you applying for?
