Support & Sales Executive

We are hiring candidates for a Support + Sales role to help onboard businesses and assist customers. You’ll work closely with our team to onboard , communicate benefits, and provide basic customer support on WhatsApp & calls.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Talk to businesses and customers in a friendly, confident way
• Onboard businesses to our platform (online or phone-based onboarding)
• Help users understand offers and promotions
• Support customers on WhatsApp, calls, and email
• Follow up with leads and assist sales team

Required Profile:

• Confident in Hindi, Telugu, or English
• Good communication & follow-up skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic tools
• Must be honest, punctual, and self-driven
• Prior experience in support/sales is a plus, but not required
• Willing to work full-time or flexible hybrid (after initial training)
