Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive tender preparation executive to support our mining projects division. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal teams for data collection, and supporting the company in winning mining contracts.

Salary:-

14,000/- to 16,000/- per month with ESI & PF facility available.

Duty hours:-

8 hours. ( Sunday holiday )

Job locations:-

City center, Durgapur, West Bengal.

Study and analyze tender documents, notices, and RFQs related to mining projects.
Prepare complete bid proposals, including technical and financial documents.
Please ensure all documents comply with tender specifications, deadlines, and statutory requirements.
Maintain tender tracker, monitor submission timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
assist in documentation related to work orders, agreements, and compliance certifications.

Qualifications:-

Graduation in commerce/ Business administration/ Engineering,Good communication skills ( verbal & written ).Freshers and Experienced both candidates are eligible for this position.
