Job Description

We are hiring for backend support engineer role with below details. Please apply if you're a perfect match

Any backend technology experience is fine (Java, .Net, Python, Node Js, ROR)
Should be interested to upskill on Ruby on rails
React - Good to have
SQL/MySQL - Must have
Troubleshooting - Must have
Production Support - Must have
AiDE/GenAI usage - Must have

Shift - Rotational(10 AM - 7 PM & 5 PM - 2 AM)

Immediate joiners are preferred

Job responsibilities:

Bug Testing & Validation: Perform comprehensive testing of bugs identified in the production environment following releases; reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure stability before deployment.
Support Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets raised by clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution while maintaining high service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, product, and business stakeholders to triage, debug, and resolve complex support tickets and production incidents.
Client Communication: Communicate findings, root cause analysis, and resolution plans clearly and effectively to clients and partners, ensuring transparency and trust.
Shift Rotation (US Hours): Participate in rotational shifts to work during US business hours (including weekends and evenings) to support the US-based application support team, enhance knowledge sharing, and provide additional capacity during peak seasons.
AI-Driven Automation Initiative: Take ownership of planning and delivering AI-powered automation solutions (via AiDE Agents or similar platforms) to eliminate recurring T2 and utility tickets, reducing manual workload and improving system self-healing capabilities.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve support workflows, documentation, and test coverage using automation and AI tools.
