Back-End Sales Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize all inbound/back-end leads generated through multiple sources.
• Support the field sales team with lead handling and sales coordination.
• Communicate with customers via phone/email to answer queries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status, and track progress.
• Collaborate with operations/logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Stay updated with company products, offers, and service benefits to provide accurate client information.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• At least

  1 year of experience

  in sales support, inside sales, or back-end sales.
• Strong communication skills in

  Hindi and English

  (knowledge of South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada will be a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred (

  Salesforce experience is a bonus

  ).
• Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
• Must have an

  ownership mindset

  and be willing to take on more roles and responsibilities in the future.
